A Progressive Program

What They'll Work On

Every class builds on the last. Gymnasts learn the fundamentals in a progressive way, getting stronger, more flexible, and sharper in their technique as they go.

Body Positions

The core shapes — tuck, pike, straddle, hollow — that every skill is built from.

Movement Patterns

Jumping, swinging, rolling, and landing — the movement that ties skills together.

Progressive Skills

Real gymnastics skills taught step by step, so each one sets up the next.

Strength & Mastery

Kids grow stronger and more flexible while mastering clean, confident technique.
