Forms, Requests, and Changes Parent Portal The Parent Portal will enable you to Request classes, make changes to your account and view your current balance. Change Class You can request a change of class here. It will be added to our waiting list until we are able to process your request. Drop Class You can send in a class withdrawal request here. It will be processed according to our 15 day notice of withdrawal policy. Payment may be required. Birthday Party Request You can request a birthday party here, and we will contact you to make a deposit as soon as we process your request. Birthday Party Waiver You do not have to be a member to participate in the birthday parties. However, participants must have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian before playing in the gym.
