We want to welcome you the Armory Athletics Program, located in the heart of our Capital City. We have been serving the tri-state area for over 25 years, and are looking forward to what the future holds for our young athletes. Our staff members are well versed on the progression and safety guidelines put in place by the USA Gymnastics organization. Birthday Parties
Let us help you make your child’s birthday memorable! Reserve the gym for your party
Parking Information
Parking will be changing when a permanent fence is up but will be based, generally, on current parking. We will have a designated parking lot when construction is complete. There will be no parking between the 2 buildings (new gym and catwalk). This area will be used for dropping off only.
Stay or Drop Off?
NO GYMNAST MAY BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT THE FACILITY UNDER THE AGE OF 13. Please, do not drop off anyone more than ten minutes before the start of the scheduled practice and be prompt to pick them up at the conclusion. Armory Athletics is not responsible for any child before and/or after class.
Behavior Expectations
Athletes have the responsibility for contributing to an environment that makes participation in the sport a positive and rewarding experience for themselves, other athletes, parents, coaches, and spectators. Athletes are expected to be respectful of other people as well as respectful of the facility. Athletes are to stay with his or her coach while on the floor and should not touch other athletes unless directed by the coach for a specific drill or activity. We reserve the right to dismiss an athlete due to social media conduct, bad language in our facility, or behavior issues in class.
Training Attire
Girls – Leotard, Biketard, or gymnastic shorts, a form fitting T-shirt (midriffs covered) & shorts (snug fitting without zippers, buttons, or other metal decorations). Young ladies should wear a sports bra under the leo or shirt.
Boys – T-shirt and shorts (without zippers, buttons, or other metal decorations)
Hair – All long hair must be pulled back in a ponytail, braid, or bun for safety. Hair decorations may be uncomfortable, may be ruined, or may fall out while rolling or tumbling.
Jewelry – Please remove ALL jewelry, except for stud earrings, before coming to gymnastics or ninja class.
Socks – Gymnastics is best performed in bare feet since socks can be slippery on certain events. Ninjas wear socks and tennis shoes.
COVID Exposure?
For a participant who has experienced symptoms and/or been exposed to COVID-19 :
- It has been a minimum of 3 days since recovery without taking fever reducing medicine
- And at least fourteen (14) days have passed since symptoms first appeared
- Or the participant has received a negative follow up COVID -19 test

If you intend to only be in the Fall classes or Summer classes, you must withdraw your child from class. If you do not withdraw your child, you will be charged for that class that they are enrolled in.
Reminder to all: Registration and Tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Recent News
It is with heavy hearts that we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of one of our own— Grant “Gumby” Rollan. We were fortunate to have Grant and his family in our program for many years. We are thankful for the good times and memories that we all made together. Some of my favorite moments were early morning faces he would make during those early morning practices. He would still always manage to smile and say, “Good morning, Mrs. Missy.” As Director at the Armory, I watch many students grow up in the gym. But there was a special bond with this certain group of young men and their coaches. It was a joy to watch them all grow up and try to carve their path. Grant had a memorable smile and laugh that I will never forget. We are all saddened that our time was short and will hold him in our heart always. Rest in peace, Grant. We love you!

Make It Count was fun for our Xcel teams. Silver Team placed 2nd with a 115.875! Two team members made America`s Top 100. Gold team saw consistent growth in their skills and scores. Our Platinum gymnast earned 3 chocolate bars by scoring 9.5 floor, 9.55 beam, and 9.575 bars.
